Q: What is Whoops Creations?
A: We’re a small, two-person creative studio offering digital patterns, custom merchandise, graphic design, and original hand-painted or digital artwork. Everything we sell—whether digital or physical—is created or finished in-house for high quality and consistency.

Q: Where are you located?
A: Oromocto, New Brunswick, Canada. We ship across Canada and the USA.

Q: Do you accept rush orders?
A: Yes! Rush options are available for many custom merchandise and design projects. Availability depends on workload—contact us first so we can confirm your timeline.

Digital Downloads (Patterns & Digital Papers)

Q: How do I receive my digital files?
A: Digital items are available for instant download immediately after purchase. You’ll also receive an email with your download link.

Q: What file format are your patterns?
A: All seamless patterns and digital papers are delivered as high-quality JPG files at 300 DPI, sized 12x12 inches (3600x3600 px).

Q: Can I use your patterns commercially?
A: Yes! A small commercial license is included. You may use them for physical products and small POD runs. You cannot resell, share, or redistribute the digital files.

Q: Do you take custom pattern requests?
A: Absolutely! If you need a custom seamless pattern or matching set, please use the Request a Quote form.

Custom Merchandise

Q: What types of custom merch do you offer?
A: We create custom-printed items using sublimationDTF, and UV DTF. Popular items include:

  • Small-batch branding merchandise for businesses

Q: Can you work with my existing logo or artwork?
A: Yes! You can upload your print-ready file through our Custom Merch form. If you need design help, we also offer full graphic design support.

Q: Is there a minimum order?
A: No minimums! We welcome one-off items all the way up to medium-size batches.

Q: How long does custom merch take to complete?
A: Most orders are completed in 5–10 business days depending on complexity. This timeline begins once your proof is approved and payment is completed.

Graphic Design Services

Q: What types of design work do you offer?
A: Logos, brand identity kits, business cards, social media graphics, flyers, brochures, menus, apparel graphics, and more.

Q: How do I request a design quote?
A: Use our Graphic Design Quote Form. You’ll receive a personalized quote and turnaround estimate based on your project scope.

Q: Will I receive print-ready files?
A: Yes. All design packages include files prepared for either print (CMYK, correct bleed) or digital use (RGB, optimized sizing).

Art Commissions

Q: What types of art commissions do you offer?
A: We create:

Q: How does the commission process work?
A:

  1. Choose your medium + pay your deposit
  2. Fill out the customization form
  3. We send a quote + turnaround
  4. You approve → we create → final payment → delivery

Q: What is the turnaround time?
A:

  • Digital portraits: 1–3 weeks
  • Acrylic paintings: 3–6 weeks
    (Turnaround may vary during holidays or peak season.)

Shipping & Orders

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently we ship within Canada and the USA. If you’re outside these regions, send us a message and we’ll see what’s possible.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A:

  • Canada: 2–10 business days
  • USA: 5–15 business days

Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: Yes! Pickup in Oromocto is available for custom merch and commissions. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout.

Returns & Cancellations

Q: Do you accept returns?
A:

  • Digital items: Non-refundable due to instant access.
  • Custom items: Non-refundable unless there is a production error.
  • Ready-made physical items: Returnable within 7 days in original condition.

Q: What if there’s an issue with my order?
A: Contact us at info@whoopscreations.ca within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Q: Can I cancel a custom order?
A:

  • Before proof creation: Yes, full refund.
  • After proof: Deposit is non-refundable.
  • After production begins: No cancellations available.

Licensing & Usage

Q: Can I resell products made with your patterns?
A: Yes, physical products only. Digital resale, sharing, or redistribution of the pattern files is not permitted.

Q: Can I use your artwork or designs for branding?
A: Yes! But you must have a custom-created logo or design package. Pre-made patterns or artworks are not licensed for branding unless specifically arranged.
