I’m Kristy, the artist and lead creator behind Whoops Creations — and right beside me is my incredible mom, Tammy, the other half of our mother-daughter team. Together, we’ve spent over 20 years building a space where creativity, craftsmanship, and connection come together to create truly one-of-a-kind work.
This shop isn’t just a place to buy art.
It’s our shared passion, our family story, and the result of countless hours experimenting, learning, and turning ideas into something tangible.
Meet the Team
Kristy — Lead Creator & Designer
I’m the artist behind the Whoops Creations style. From hand-painted commissions to detailed digital pattern design, I handle the illustration, concept work, and customer communication. My focus is on storytelling through detail — making every piece feel intentional, expressive, and unmistakably “Whoops.”
Tammy — Operations Lead & Production Specialist
Tammy is the production powerhouse. She handles the technical side of our custom merch: heat pressing, finishing, quality control, and packaging. Her precision and care ensure that every physical product we send out is durable, beautifully crafted, and professionally made.
Without her, we couldn’t offer the range or quality we do today.
Our Creative Niche
At Whoops Creations, our work blends handcrafted artistry with modern production methods. This gives us the flexibility to create everything from deeply personal, one-of-a-kind paintings to professional, high-quality custom merchandise.
1. Hand-Painted Custom Artwork
Our roots are in traditional art. We create custom acrylic pieces including pet portraits, people portraits, themed wood cutouts, and unique scene-based artwork. Every piece is painted by hand with attention to detail and longevity.
2. Custom Apparel & Merchandise (Sublimation, DTF, UV DTF)
We produce a wide range of custom items using professional print methods:
- Sublimation for vibrant, long-lasting full-color prints
- DTF (Direct-to-Film) for bold, flexible designs on apparel
- UV DTF for durable, glossy transfers on hard surfaces
All transfers are outsourced for printing but professionally pressed, cured, and finished in-house by Tammy for perfect consistency and durability.
3. Digital Pattern Design with a Textured Twist
Our digital shop features seamless patterns built around our signature stitched, quilted, and embroidered textures. These designs give POD products, fabric projects, scrapbooking, and digital crafting a handmade, tactile feel that stands apart from standard digital graphics.
4. Graphic Design & Branding
From business logos and identity kits to print-ready marketing materials and merch-focused artwork, we offer graphic design services tailored to both individuals and small businesses. Each piece balances creativity with clarity and professional execution.
